We offer free collection and return within our coverage area and aim to get your repaired laptop back to you as soon as possible, usually the same day.

Although laptops have the same components as desktop computers they are more prone to damage given the compressed space the parts are housed in. This can lead to overheating which is a major cause of many of the problems we see. Laptops are also more likely to be dropped, have liquid spilt on them, and they are often used on surfaces which attract dust, pet hair and the like which can clog up the ventilation areas and cooling fans.

Whether the problem is obvious, such as a broken laptop screen, or is harder to diagnose, such as a virus or malware infection we are here to get your laptop repaired and get you up and running again.

We hold some spare parts but it’s possible that if your laptop repair requires replacement parts they may need to be ordered. We will always contact you to discuss before ordering any parts.

Pro rata to the next 30 minutes after the 1st hour.

We do not charge for any diagnostics and provide a complimentary collection & return service for all laptop repairs as long as they are within our coverage area.
